AIKO Residence offers exclusively three-bedroom, three-bathroom homes across five distinct types: ground-floor garden apartments (212 m²) with private enclosed gardens and direct pool access, first and second-floor apartments (168–174 m²) with terrace views, and penthouse residences (354 m²) with private rooftop pools and covered terraces across two buildings.

AIKO Residence comprises 14 exclusive residences across two buildings — A1 and A2 — each housing seven units including one ground-floor garden apartment, four upper-floor apartments and one rooftop penthouse. The intimate scale ensures privacy and a true sense of community.

Each building has its own common swimming pool set within tropical landscaped gardens framed by natural stone walls. Ground-floor residences feature private enclosed gardens and terrace areas.
